AnjuPandeyDr Anju Pandey, General Practitioner (MBBS, FRACGP, DCH)

Anju has over 15 years of experience in providing quality health care to patients. She always takes a holistic approach and is interested in all aspects of general practice. Patients appreciate her thorough and detailed approach.

She is an examiner for Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

She understands the need to have a regular family GP. She strongly believes in the benefits of timely prevention of chronic diseases and works towards helping patients achieve their health and well-being goals.

Being a mother of two young boys, she is personally well aware of child health issues. She has a Diploma in Child Health from Sydney University and has a keen interest in child health.

As a fluent multi-lingual medical practitioner, she can also attend to the needs of patients who are not native English speakers. She is fluent in Mandarin, Hindi, and Nepali.

She specializes in Child Health, Women’s Health and antenatal shared care, Family Planning, Preventative Health, Chronic Disease Management, Geriatric medicine, Skin cancer check and minor procedures, Travel Health.

Dr Rati Singh, General Practitioner (MBBS, MD, FRACGP)

Dr Rati Singh did her MBBS in India in 2002 followed by MD Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2007. After a brief time as a Gynaecology registrar in Iceland she moved to Australia with her family. Dr. Rati completed her GP training in Toowoomba in 2017. Rati is passionate about health and has a special interest in pregnancy and postnatal care, women’s and children’s health, chronic disease management, geriatrics and mental health; she is enthusiastic about health promotion and education.

Dr. Rati also performs skin checks (including skin excisions – except on the face) IUD insertion & removal Implanon insertion & removal Pregnancy shared care Venesection Iron & Aclasta Infusion Ingrown toe nails Dr. Her areas of interests are Pregnancy care, Woman’s health, Chronic disease management, Mental health, Iron Infusions, Obstetrics, and Gynaecology.

Dr Ceena Lee, GP Registrar (MBBS, SCHP, B.Ed.)

Ceena graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Notre Dame (Sydney) in 2013. She has also completed the Sydney Child Health Program (formally the Diploma of Child Health).

Ceena has trained extensively in the Royal North Shore, Gosford, Lismore, Hornsby and the Northern Beaches (including Mona Vale and Manly) Hospitals. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice.

Ceena most recently worked in the Hawkesbury and is now happy to be part of the team at Westleigh Village Medical Practice.

Dr Laura Peirson, GP Registrar (BMedSc (Hons), MD, DRANZCOG (adv))

Laura graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences with Honours and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of New South Wales in 2014 and 2017 respectively. She has a keen interest in pregnancy care and women’s health including antenatal and postnatal care, menstrual difficulties, menopause and ageing, miscarriage management, sexual health, contraception, and general gynaecological issues. Laura has spent the past few years working in this area and has completed her Advanced Diploma with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2021.

Laura most recently worked at Hornsby Hospital as an Obstetrics and Gynaecology Registrar and is now excited to be part of the team at Westleigh Village Medical Practice.

Jessica Cunnigham, Accredited Practising Dietitian

Jessica is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a caring and compassionate nature. She completed her Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Sydney and is a member of Dietitians Australia.

Jessica is a dedicated individual who follows a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She is committed to helping her clients and aims to provide individualised support.

Jessica enjoys reading about the latest nutrition research and can help with a wide range of cases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, gastrointestinal concerns, food intolerances and malnutrition. In her spare time, she loves experimenting with recipes, trying new cafes, visiting the beach and going on nature walks.

She is available for appointments on Saturday mornings and looks forward to supporting clients with their nutrition and health.

Julie Verma , Accredited Podiatrist, Westleigh Podiatry 

Julie Verma gained her Bachelor of Podiatry at the University of Newcastle, NSW. She has 30 years experience within the area of health, having previously worked as Registered nurse and midwife, prior to studying Podiatry.  This broad knowledge of health allows Julie to approach health issues with a holistic view. 

She enjoys all aspects of Podiatry and aims to improve patient’s quality of life by reducing foot pain, allowing people to walk comfortably and preventing future problems. Julie is a member of The Australasian Podiatry Association/ NSW Podiatry Association.

Westleigh Podiatry services include: Treatment of foot pain, Callus, Corns, Ingrown nails and minor nail surgery, Advice about Bunions, Orthotic therapy, Gait analysis, Biomechanical assessment, Diabetes foot care, Neurovascular assessment
